General Conditions of Use:

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as may be amended or changed periodically by www.listing.com.pk (hereinafter, “LISTING”), is a legally binding agreement between the list and you personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the firm, for which they are in accordance with the listing of products or services (hereinafter, “you” or “your”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TOS, THE RENUNCIATION OF THE CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND SO THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE IT. UNLESS EXPRESSLY INDICATED TO THE CONTRARY, LISTING DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER BY THE LISTING, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS.

1. About The Benefits And The Conditions

• The services.  

Services, among other things, users can find and compare products and services. The Services may be paid job advertisements, ads or other sponsors information. The services can also mix with general, unpaid search results and sponsored information cannot distinguish between these two categories of information.

• Eligibility.

To use the service, you need to be, and represent and warrant that you are the legal age (18 years of age and older), and about the legal competence of a binding agreement with the listing and are not otherwise use or the services in accordance with these TOS shall be prohibited. Through the use of the services on behalf of third parties, you represent to us that you are an authorized representative of the third party and, if you use the services, you signify your assent to these Terms of use.

• Additional terms and conditions.
  
  LISTING offers a variety of services to consumers and business customers. Some services are subject to additional terms and conditions of use, which are listed below or presented to you if you use these services. If you or one of the following services to use, please follow the link below to access the additional conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and the additional terms, the additional terms for a particular service check are performed for this service. You can use any of these services if you do not use the applicable additional terms and conditions.

 

Following are any additional conditions:

• If you take part in listing advertisements or access our Business Services, then you will be agreeing to our listing Advertiser General Terms and Conditions as well as any LISTING Advertiser Product and Services Terms.

For the provision of our services listed, it is obliged to offer various legal by law and/or by contract, which is incorporated by reference into these TOS, and Mobile App End User Terms (where applicable).

• The type of services. The list provides services that are unless expressly indicated to the contrary, advertising, websites, and services. LISTING shows advertisements on behalf of the company and the listing is based on the transactions for the correctness, completeness, and honesty of advertising. Under no circumstance does LISTING support and/or maintains any other connection with the companies that advertise with us.

 

• Any changes to the terms and conditions.
  
  The list can change at regular intervals and to supplement these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, with or without notice to you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these TOS for revisions.

2. The Use Of The Services

2.1 Granting of rights.

Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this TOS, LISTING grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services, and all content and materials provided to you in connection with your use of the services provided, only for non-commercial informational purposes and for other purposes (and subject to further restrictions) as outlined in this TOS (including any additional terms that apply to a particular service) or an instruction manual, listing from time to time jobs can be provided.

2.2 Termination.

You may terminate the Services at any time, except to the extent that they otherwise agree on the use of the respective services on a subscription or similar offerings. The listing, the access to the Services may terminate, in whole or in part, if there is reasonable ground to consider these terms and conditions or other related terms, guidelines or policies.
Upon termination, you are not permitted to use the services. These terms and conditions will survive indefinitely unless and until list to finish it, regardless of whether each account that you open by clicking or listing or whether they will continue to use the right to continue to use the services or is terminated.

2.3 Intellectual property rights.

Your use of the services, not the property or right in any materials or content provided to you in connection with your use of the services that can be provided by the listing, its licensors or other units that are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Except as expressly provided in this TOS are set, cannot be used, display, perform, copy, reproduce, display, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, transfer, sublicense or otherwise by any means materials or content to you in connection with your use of the services provided, without express permission from the owner or LISTING (if applicable). The Services does not give you any rights to trademarks, service marks, trademarks, trade names or the like (LISTING” Trademarks”) in connection with the Services without the express permission of the owner.

2.4 Unauthorized use of trademarks.

Although LISTING protects and defends its intellectual property rights, it is not aware that the unauthorized use of trademarks by third parties is; therefore, it does not apply to the use of the third on any list marks in order to determine whether a third party is connected with the listing of such use, unauthorized.

2.5 Prohibited conduct.

You can use the Services and any materials or content made available to you in connection with your use of the services only as expressly permitted by these TOS and only in a manner that does not match the list of rights or ability, the services or a third person, or the ability to use the services to make available or allowed. Without limitation, you may not: (i) hurt, or violate rights of a party; (ii) affect security, deployment or use of the Services; (iii) any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity (including entry), or a false identity; (iv) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; (v), directly or indirectly, in any unsolicited communications; (vi) collect, manually or by an automatic process, information about other users without their express consent or other information relating to the Services; (vii) has supplied false or misleading information to the list; (viii) law, rule or regulation; (ix) do not use LISTING marks or any other part The services (including in connection with any meta tags or any other “hidden text”) in the advertising, promotions, or for any other commercial purpose; (x) The www.listing.com.pk domain name or a Domain Name, confusing to this or any other list domain name is similar to an anonymous e-mail address for any communications that you transmit from another location or through another service; (xi) or “frame” link on any web site list (including deep linking to a specific part of the listing website), or Overlay contents of the Services; (xii) implementation script searches or use the search results of the services in a manner that results in the automatic display of any material or other information On a third party website; (xiii) use the services information about a product or service for use in conjunction with a listing for a competitive product or service; (xiv) will not take any action, which deal with the rating or review or similar procedure (es) Among the services; (xv) or any third party in any activity that is prohibited by this TOS undermine support. LISTING reserves the right, but not the obligation, for the purpose of determining the services that your use is in accordance with these terms and conditions to be monitored.

2.6 Changes.

The listing may change or discontinue the Services at any time and without notice or liability to you or any third party.

3. Data protection

You agree that listing may collect, use, and your information in accordance with LISTING’s Privacy Policy.

4. Storage of Information

When using the Services, LISTING may permit you to store data, preferences set by you, content or other information for your convenience, but LISTING is under no obligation to retain any such data, preferences, content or other information, including, without limitation, any coupon that you may have stored.

5. User Generated Content Terms

5.1 LISTING reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to post or remove any User Generated Content in our sole and absolute discretion.

5.2 You represent and warrant that you will not post any of the following:
(a)
Political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings of any kind or any form of SPAM, or reviews that contain the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail;
(c)
Assertions of unlawful conduct, including occurrences of illegal activity, purposeful overcharging, malpractice or health code violations, or false, deceptive or fraudulent advertising, misleading, including savings claims that do not offer provable savings”
(d)
Individual information of other users or messages soliciting the submission of, email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, postal addresses and/or other personally identifiable information;
(e)
Any content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity rights, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
(f)
Any content that makes reference to or involves gambling, casinos, off-track betting, or other gambling of any form;
(g)
Any content that involves @ alcohol, tobacco, weaponry controlled, illegal substances, or that promotes or has a connotation to any illegal activity”.
(k)
Content that violates any standards or policies of LISTING as determined by LISTING in its sole discretion;
(l)
Content that impersonates, disguises or conceals the identity of any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents a user’s affiliation with a person or entity;
(m)
Content that is not legible, that is encrypted or that contains viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming code or routines that are intended to interfere with, damage, erase, intercept or appropriate any system, data or personal information; and
(n)
Content that intended to annoy, harass or anger other users, (e.g., “trolling”).

5.3 If you see objectionable content in the course of your use of the Services, you may report such content to LISTING by contacting LISTING customer service or through any other applicable reporting means as provided through the Services. LISTING reserves the right to address such requests in any manner in its sole discretion.

6. Electronic Commerce Term

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS, WHICH CONTAIN BINDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS.

6.1 Electronic Acceptance Is Binding. @Your indication of your assent to the terms, whether express (e.g., clicking on an “I AGREE” icon) or implicit (i.e., using any Product or Service) @ constitutes your agreement to the Terms”.

6.2 Electronic Transactions Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and LISTING relating to the Products or Services.
