Quality Control:

Equipped with modernized Wet Lab facilities and latest German technology Spectrometer through which strict quality control measures are practiced to achieve the specified product quality standards. The spectro lab determines the physical and chemical composition of the steel bars.

Two hydraulic controlled Universal Tensile Testing Machines conduct a stress test on the steel bar, and gives readings of the proof test, tensile stress and elongation ensuring that the rebars manufactured at our facility conform to the strictest quality standards.
